We coordinate all of it: design decisions with Rachel up front, then demolition, any structural or layout changes, plumbing and electrical, cabinet installation, counters, tile, flooring, and the finish carpentry — crown, trim, and built-in details — that pulls the room together.
Clear communication and honest timelines matter most mid-project, when your kitchen is the job site. We tell you who will be in your home and when, protect the rest of the house, and keep the schedule visible. All workmanship is covered by our 2-year warranty.

In the Portland metro, kitchen remodels typically range from roughly $20,000–$75,000 for a refresh that keeps the existing layout, to $100,000 or more for a full remodel with new cabinetry or layout changes. Cabinetry is usually the largest single line item. Your written estimate breaks the project down so you can see exactly where the budget goes.
Most kitchen remodels take 6 to 12 weeks of construction once materials are on hand. Cabinet lead times — often 6–10 weeks for semi-custom — drive the calendar, so we order early and schedule demolition around delivery. Projects with structural changes or custom cabinetry can run longer; your contract includes estimated start and completion dates.
