In 2024, Timothy's company added “and Design” when he finally persuaded Rachel to join the team.
Timothy
Timothy grew up on a potato farm in Montana. He is a born problem solver and knows the value of a hard day's work.
He started in construction at 19 and fell in love with the trades. Timothy loves to make things — he enjoys the process of making something beautiful and useful from something that was broken or forgotten.
Rachel
Rachel grew up in Ohio and went to school in Arizona. Although she majored in Interior Design for some time, she decided to change direction. She spent 20 years working in the corporate world, with a focus on adult education.
Rachel has always been an artist with a keen eye for design. She loves the ideation phase of a project, determining what options will work best and finding solutions that work with each individual's style.
Timothy and Rachel moved to Oregon in 2011 to start their family. Their children go to school in Hillsboro, and they love being active in their community.
