Every bathroom remodel starts with a walk-through and a detailed written estimate, so you know your scope and your number before anything is signed. From there we handle the whole project: demolition, framing, plumbing and electrical through trusted subcontractors, waterproofing, custom tile, cabinetry, counters, fixtures, and paint — finished with the carpentry details that make a bathroom feel built, not assembled.

Most full bathroom remodels in the Portland metro, including Hillsboro and Beaverton, run between $15,000 and $70,000. A hall bath that keeps its existing layout sits toward the lower end; a primary bath with a custom tile shower sits higher. After a walk-through we provide a detailed written estimate, so you'll know your exact number before you sign.
Once work begins, a typical bathroom remodel takes 2 to 6 weeks — about 2–3 weeks for a refresh that keeps the layout, and 4–6 weeks when plumbing moves or the space is reconfigured. Tile and fixture lead times drive the start date, so we build the schedule around them and give you start and completion dates in your contract.
In Hillsboro and Washington County, permits are required when a remodel touches structural, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical systems — which most full remodels do. Cosmetic updates like paint and fixture swaps usually don't. We handle the permitting for you; bathroom permits in Hillsboro are typically approved in about a week.
